    By accessing or using SnapTipCalc ("Service," "we," "our," "us"), available at snaptipcalc.com, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

    2.1. SnapTipCalc is a free, browser-based tip calculator designed to assist users with calculating tips, splitting bills, and estimating restaurant payments.

    4.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculation results.

    4.3. Users are solely responsible for verifying calculations before making any financial decisions or payments.

    4.4. Currency conversion rates are provided by third-party services and are updated daily. Exchange rates are approximate and for reference only—they may differ from actual rates at banks, exchange bureaus, or payment processors.

    4.5. Nothing in this Service constitutes financial, accounting, tax, or professional advice.

    5. Third-Party Services, Analytics, and Advertisements

    5.1. The Service uses third-party services to improve functionality and user experience.

    5.2. Advertising

    The Service may display advertisements from Google AdSense. We are not responsible for ad content, third-party advertiser practices, or any interactions between you and advertisers.

    5.3. Analytics Services

    We use the following analytics services to understand how users interact with our Service:

    • (b) Microsoft Clarity: Records user sessions including mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page interactions through heatmaps and session recordings.

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SNAPTIPCALC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapTipCalc, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
